Building Men's Fundraiser
Every 40 seconds, an individual completes suicide. For each completion, an estimated 29 attempts are made. Access to mental health treatment and resources can help prevent this. The Building Men Program is committed to helping those struggling with mental health issues. We need your help in changing this narrative.
Building Men is a men's mental health program, primarily focused on providing positive male role models for our youth, creating a safe space and ultimately enhancing and improving the mental health of entire communities.
Our team is competing in the Tri-State Spartan Race in Vernon, N.J. on April 28, 2024 in honor of Mark Tripodi. Our goal is to raise awareness of the importance of ensuring that EVERYONE has access to counseling and mental health services. We are doing this with the help of Bigger Than The Trail (BTTT).
BTTT is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that uses trail running as a platform to advocate for mental health. Their mission is to provide free access to mental services to those in need. We chose to support BTTT because running and competing in Spartan Racing was a passion of Mark's.
Please consider helping Building Men support real change. Your donation will directly impact our communities by helping those in need when and where it matters most.
LET'S R;SE TOGETHER.
Just a small donation will go a long way to helping us meet our goal of supporting BIGGER THAN THE TRAIL.
