Have you ever struggled with mental health? Do you know someone that has; your child, mom, dad, sister, brother, neighbor, friend? Would you like to help but unsure how? Than I ask you to help me, help them, by joining me in my fundraiser for Bigger Than The Trail. BTTT, with the help of Betterhelp, can offer those in need, free mental health counseling services. They just need our help to make a real change, to SHINE THE LIGHT ON MENTAL HEALTH!
I personally wake each morning with C-PSTD on one shoulder and few other friends on the other. I have lived thru the highs and lows. Without my wonderful trail running friends and awesome organizations like Bigger Than The Trail, I wouldn't have fought to get this far. We are never in this alone. One foot in front of the other is the best pace in life. I have 8 races scheduled so far this yr, including a 100M which will be a defiant mental accomplishment for me. I am a back of the pack runner so huge shout out to those of us that come out to enjoy the scenery. If you ever see me on the trail, say hi! I'm always up for a chat or a hug.
