For those struggling with mental health issues, getting yourself to a counseling appointment is hard enough, then you have to think about how much it will cost. The cost of any health care shouldn't be the deciding factor if you will make, and go to, an appointment.

My summer 2023 race calendar includes 9 races that total about 200 miles (for now, maybe more). All we need to do is raise about $5 per mile I race to meet my goal of $1000 to benefit Bigger Than The Trail and all those in need. Don't be afraid to go big, $1000 is the goal, we can always do more!
