In the past two years, we have seen a huge surge in the need for mental health help. At this point, 1 in 5 adults struggle with metal health, 1 in 20 are experiencing serious mental health issues right now, and depression rates have skyrocketed in teens ages 16+ by 70%. For children under the age of 16, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and behavioral problems have increased over 25%. IN. THE. PAST. TWO YEARS.

As a domestic abuse survivor, living with anxiety and PTSD from my journey, my drive toward talking, sharing and doing my part in the mental health crisis we are currently seeing runs VERY strong. This is what leads me to be so involved with Bigger Than The Trail. It’s organizations like BTTT that put in the work to make some much needed changes.

Every month BTTT raises money for anyone out there who is struggling with mental health, so that they can get the help they need. For. Free. But they cannot provide these services without donations. Any donation size is appreciated and goes straight to BTTT to help fund therapy options for those who need it.
